For National Margarita Day, let’s Celebrate with some Frozen Mango Margaritas These are the perfect companion for Mexican Food at your next party or reunion. Per the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the daily value is based on a standard 2,000 calorie diet. Place half the mango (2 x 300g pkts frozen mango cheeks), tequila (250ml (1 cup) silver tequila), lime juice (160ml (2/3 cup) fresh lime juice), Cointreau (160ml (2/3 cup) Cointreau liqueur), sugar (100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar) and ice (2 cups ice cubes) in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of fresh basil. Feel free to choose your favorite tequila and triple sec, or even upgrade to Grand Marnier. Blend until smooth then pour into a margarita glass or large coupe. A mango margarita is a refreshing blend of frozen mango, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave nectar. Coat: Turn the glass upside down and dip into the chili powder/salt mixture, twisting it so that the rim of the glass is coated. Rub: Take the lime wedge and rub it around the rim of your glass.
